The Performance Ensemble Program Details
Music is meant to be shared. Private lessons build technical skills, but making music with others is where students really start to grow as musicians.
Performance ensembles give students the chance to rehearse, collaborate and perform as part of a real band in a fun, encouraging and professionally guided environment. Whether your child plays guitar, bass, drums, piano, or sings, this is where the skills they have been building in lessons come to life.
New sessions begin every 6 to 8 weeks, each built around a different musical theme, so students can join again and again throughout the year and never have the same experience twice.

Rehearsals: Weekly, instructor led
Final event: Live performance showcase
Tuition: $125 per month
Enrollment is limited to keep bands balanced and give every student meaningful instruction and stage time.

Real World Music Experience
Students also get hands-on exposure to the technology and skills behind every great performance, including microphone technique, PA systems and basic live sound mixing, stage monitors, instrument and amp setup, and full sound checks. Depending on the session, students may also have the opportunity to record the song they have rehearsed . It’s a great hands-on introduction to the recording process and a lasting keepsake of their progress.
Who Can Participate
Performance ensembles are open to students who play guitar, bass, drums, piano and keyboard, voice, or other compatible instruments depending on the session. Students are grouped by age and experience level whenever possible so every band is balanced and every student can contribute and succeed.
Private lessons are not required to participate, though they are highly recommended. Students receiving regular instruction typically build confidence faster and feel more prepared for rehearsals and performances.
